This project was a comprehensive collaboration for the largest conference in the Baltics, where we developed a website and created a wide range of digital and branding materials. Our work included web design, digital graphics, merchandise, and various promotional assets to ensure a strong and cohesive visual identity. The result was a visually striking and functional brand presence that enhanced the event’s recognition and audience engagement.

Designing and developing the event website to ensure a seamless user experience in line with the conference’s theme; creating signs and posters to promote the event and boost its visibility; designing and producing merchandise to engage attendees and reinforce the event’s brand; producing custom photo backgrounds and props to add an interactive element to photoshoots; and developing a range of graphic designs to ensure consistent branding across digital and physical platforms – all these efforts contributed to a cohesive and impactful event identity.

Each year, the conference had a different theme, which required us to update and refresh the graphic elements to match the new focus. We redesigned the posters, signs, and other visual materials to reflect the theme while maintaining a consistent overall look for the event. Additionally, merchandise and promotional graphics were adapted each year, ensuring a fresh and engaging experience for attendees. While the website remained the same, all graphic designs were adjusted to keep the event visually aligned with its unique theme every year.
